This 30-minute yoga therapy course is designed to help Highland dancers enhance foot, ankle, and toe flexibility for injury prevention and improved performance. Using yoga balls, straps, and a mat, you'll be guided through 8 simple, effective exercises that can be done at home to increase mobility, strength, and body awareness.
 

You’ll target the toes, arches, ankles, and calves to build strength, improve range of motion, and reduce pain or tension—key for turnout, jumps, and overall alignment. Whether you're dealing with plantar fasciitis, chronic tightness, or just sore feet after class, this course supports you in dancing with confidence and ease.
