This 30-minute course is designed specifically for Highland dancers who want to improve hip flexibility, strength, and control—key elements for higher leaps, cleaner lines, and reduced risk of injury. You’ll learn to activate deep hip stabilizers, increase range of motion, and create muscular balance around the pelvis and thighs.

Using simple, effective exercises with yoga balls and a block,  this session helps you release tightness, address imbalances, and prevent common issues like hip pinching, low back discomfort, and instability in jumps or extensions.

 

Ideal for dancers of all skill levels, this course gives you the edge to dance longer, stronger, and with more freedom—all while staying out of pain.
